On Friday, March 20, 2020, Governor Pritzker announced “Shelter in Place” by Executive Order. In response to this Order, The Law Offices of Fredrick W. Nessler and Associates Ltd. is closed to the public without approved scheduled appointment. 

Please rest assured, our attorneys will be accessible by telephone and email.

Governor Pritzker's Order excluded “essential services” from closure. Legal services, like Nessler and Associates, is therefore exempt from closure. However, Governor Pritzker stated, “if you can work from home, and aren’t already doing so, now is the time you must.” In response to the Governor’s request, and for the increased safety of our extraordinary employees, we are performing a significant portion of work from home. This is a temporary measure.

Our phones remain turned on and we are accepting new cases. At Nessler & Associates, we have worked very hard to put in place options for clients who need our services to sign up remotely from the comfort of their own homes. All you need is a computer, phone or tablet with access to the internet and an email address - we will do the rest.
